The Hialeah Chamber of Commerce provides Certificate of Origin services for businesses involved in international trade.

To obtain a Certificate of Origin:

  • You must visit our office in person
  • Bring the original documents and one copy
  • Our team will review and stamp the documents on-site
Please note: Certificates will not be processed by email or mail. In-person verification is required.
